Featured Towns: AGUILA Aguila lies in a beautiful fertile valley between the Harquahala and Harcuvar Mountain Ranges and boast of growing the world's finest Cantalopes! BISBEE An amazing, small, hidden, secret town. This town truly is amazing. In the middle of nowhere spouts an adorable small town rich with art, coffee shops, restaurants, historic buildings, and shops, that rival any I've seen. One of my personal favorites. p.s. you'll love the stairs. BOUSE Mild winters, views of the surrounding mountains, Bouse Hills, and spectacular sunsets all contribute to it's popularity for winter visitors and year around residents. History and attractions surround this area. BRENDA This Ghost Town was a popular tourist site during the 40's, 50's & 60's.. (Ramsey Mine stopped production in the 1960's and the opening of Interstate 10 both had an influence on this region). There are also stories of a "zoo" and a stage stop being in Brenda (or Ramsey) during this time period.Over the last couple of years the development of very large, very nice, very accommodating RV Parks has been a real boom to this little townsite in the desert. CAREFREE Don't forget to slide down the Gila Monster in Town Center Park. COCHISE Step back in time. FAIRBANK Simply, a ghost town. Lots of history. GLEESON Old buildings, history and solitude make this small town inviting.You just have to smile when you drive thorough and wonder what these people are doing out in the middle of no where. But the secret is that the RV Park is always full - and full of very happy campers, rockhounders, and off-road enthusiasts. JEROME Once known as the wickedest town in the west, Jerome was a copper mining camp, growing from a settlement of tents to a roaring mining community. Jerome is a thriving tourist and artist community with a population of about 450. TOM0BSTONE "The town too tough to die" 'nuff said. See the OK Corral and Boot Hill.Make sure to get a sarsaparilla at the Crystal Palace to wash down the dust, or something stronger at Big Nose Kate's.
